Chimney sweep logs do not sweep chimneys. They loosen some creosote - which then falls where a brush and vacuum still have to collect it.
The Hadley Chimney Las Vegas Guarantee
We’ve been cleaning and repairing chimneys in Las Vegas since 2003, and we’ve learned the only way to do this work is to stand behind it in writing. Every repair we make carries a written guarantee for 365 days, and if that repair fails, we come back and fix it free. No fine print, no prorated nonsense, no “that part isn’t covered.” Before any work begins, you get a written price. After the work is done, you get before-and-after photos showing exactly what we did. That’s the guarantee, and it holds for a $185 sweep or a $4,000 reline.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every repair, guaranteed in writing for 365 days. If a repair we made doesn’t hold up, we return and make it right at no charge. This includes a free second visit, which we don’t treat as an upsell. It’s just what the guarantee says.
- Written price before work starts, every single time. You’ll know the number before our technician picks up a tool. If we find something else while we’re in there, we stop, show you the photos, and get your sign-off before adding a dollar.
- Before-and-after photo documentation on every job. We photograph the flue, the firebox, the damper, and the cap. You see what we saw. If we recommend a repair, you’ll have the picture to prove it’s real. This is the Relay Visibility Guarantee, and it applies to every visit we make in Las Vegas, from Summerlin to Henderson.
- Background-checked, uniformed technicians who arrive when we say they will. You get a tracked arrival window, so you’re not sitting around waiting on a four-hour guess. The person at your door is the person we told you was coming.
- Cleanup that leaves your house the way we found it. We lay drop cloths, we run a HEPA-filtered vacuum, and we don’t track soot across your living room floor. A chimney sweep that leaves a mess isn’t done.
- Honest recommendations, with the evidence to back them. If your flue tiles are cracked, we’ll show you the camera footage. If your liner is fine and you just needed a sweep, we’ll tell you that too. We don’t recommend work you don’t need, and we don’t invent problems to pad a ticket. Cory Mitchell, Owner, reviews every repair recommendation before it goes to a customer.
- Parts and materials from brands pros actually use. We install DuraFlex flexible liner systems, HeatShield ceramic repair compound, and Copperfield chimney accessories. When we put a part in your chimney, it’s a part we’d put in our own.

Our Satisfaction Promise
If something isn’t right, you tell us, and we fix it. That’s the whole promise. Maybe the sweep left a dust line you noticed after we left. Maybe the damper doesn’t seat the way it did before we adjusted it. Maybe you have a question about the repair three months later and you want us to come look. You call (725) 600-0308, you get a live person, and we schedule the return visit. The 365-Day Done Right Promise means we don’t argue about whether the issue is our fault. We come out, we look, we make it right. If a repair we made fails inside that year, the second visit is free. Hadley Chimney Las Vegas has been doing this for more than two decades because word gets around in this town fast when a contractor doesn’t honor their work. We’d rather eat the cost of a callback than lose your trust and your neighbor’s.
Licensed & Insured Backing
Paperwork matters. We’re licensed and insured to perform chimney work in Nevada, and that’s not just a box we checked once. Insurance protects you if something goes wrong on the job, and licensing means the people in your home have met the state’s standards for chimney professionals. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, and they carry the Relay Standard behind them: live arrival tracking, digital invoicing, and photo documentation on every visit. When you hire Hadley Chimney Las Vegas, you’re hiring a company that operates as part of the Relay Home Co. family, an independently owned local business held to a standard that most chimney companies in Las Vegas don’t bother with. That standard is the real guarantee behind the written one.

AfterHow Much Does a Chimney Sweep Cost in Las Vegas?
A standard chimney sweep in Las Vegas typically runs $185 to $275 for a single flue, and $250 to $400 if you have a two-story home or a fireplace that hasn’t been cleaned in years. Gas fireplace service and repair usually falls between $150 and $450 depending on what’s wrong with the unit. Chimney repairs span a wider range: a cap replacement might run $150 to $350, a damper repair $200 to $500, and a full flue relining with DuraFlex can land between $2,800 and $6,000 depending on the height and condition of your flue. We give you a written price before any work starts, and that price doesn’t change unless you approve something new in writing. If you’re budgeting for a sweep before burning season, call (725) 600-0308 and we’ll give you an exact number for your home, no obligation.
What Actually Happens If I Skip a Sweep?
Creosote, the flammable tar buildup that forms when wood smoke condenses on a cool flue wall, is the main reason chimneys catch fire. In Las Vegas, our cold desert nights and hot days create exactly the kind of temperature swings that make creosote accumulate faster than you’d think, especially on exterior masonry chimneys in older neighborhoods like Paradise and Spring Valley. A chimney fire can crack flue tiles, and those cracks let heat and carbon monoxide into your walls and living space. You won’t see the damage from the outside. You might not see it from the inside either, which is exactly why every Hadley sweep includes camera inspection and photo documentation. If you’re not sure when your chimney was last cleaned, call us. We’ll tell you what we find, and if it’s fine, we’ll tell you that too.
Do I Really Need a New Liner?
Maybe, maybe not. We don’t recommend a new liner unless we can show you the problem on camera. Cracked flue tiles, a liner that’s separated at the seams, or rust-through on a metal liner are all real failures that need addressing. But sometimes a HeatShield ceramic repair compound can resurface a damaged flue for a fraction of the cost of a full reline, and sometimes the liner is fine and the issue is the cap or the damper. Every repair recommendation at Hadley Chimney Las Vegas comes with photo evidence you can see for yourself. If the work can safely wait a season, we’ll say so in plain English and we’ll write that in the report. Call (725) 600-0308 if you’ve been told you need a liner and you want a second set of eyes on it. Estimates are free.
Here’s What Happens When You Book
You call (725) 600-0308 and a live person answers, day or night. We schedule a tracked arrival window so you know exactly when our technician will be at your door. The technician arrives in uniform, walks the job with you, and gives you a written price before starting. During the sweep, we run a HEPA-filtered vacuum, lay down drop cloths, and inspect the flue, firebox, damper, and cap with a camera. When we’re done, you get before-and-after photos and a digital invoice. If we found something that needs repair, you’ll see the evidence and get a written quote. If we found nothing wrong, you’ll know that too. That’s the whole process, and it’s the same on every job, whether it’s a $200 sweep or a full reline.
